We are sleeping in Orrville!

Maybe I should say that we slept last couple of nights in Orrville. We are in our new home at 2003 Sunnyview Lane, Orrville Ohio 44667. While there are a few boxes littering the floors of each room, there is plenty of space for living.



On Saturday, May 23 we were able to pack up our moving truck and trailer with the help of many friends from North Leo and a couple of folks from Oak Grove. It took about three hours to get it all loaded. "Many hands make light work!" After a lunch together with the volunteers, our driver, Art, and his wife Cheryl, took off for Ohio.



Miriam and I had a few details to wrap up and our final good-bye to Leo and our home for the past fourteen years. At about 2 p.m. we headed out for Ohio - Mim in the car and I was in the pick-up. We were happy for BBQ chicken with BJ and Sherah-Leigh in Apple Creek. Charissa arrived from PA just before we got there. We rested Saturday evening.



Sunday I preached for the first time at Oak Grove. It was good to finally get here! While we are a bit nervous about new beginnings we are eager and excited to pitch in and get going.



Monday at 8:00 a.m. we were joined by a hoard of worker bees from Oak Grove who unloaded our boxes and furniture in an hours time. It was unbelievable. Soon they were on their way for Memorial Day activities with there family and friends.
